initial products are sold and shipped in Canada only. Federal and provincial sale taxes are applicable based on the shipping address.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within five (5) working days following your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number at time of shipping. Delivery delays may occur depending on carrier standards and limitations.

Shipping fees
Less than $90 before taxes: Shipping fees will apply
$90 and more before taxes: Free shipping by Attraction

Returns
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return* it to us after requesting a return authorization number (RAN) by email at contactinfo@attraction.com.

We will need your name, your full address, the order number, and the reason for the return. You must mail the item at your expense in original condition, not worn nor washed, within 5 business days following the issuance of the RAN.

Your purchase will be credited to the same method of payment used within 10 business days following receipt of the returned item at our premises.

*Important: all masks are final sale and cannot be returned for credit.
